An AI report explains changes in your connected marketing and sales data, shows the numbers behind its findings, and suggests a next step to review. An ad draft helps you explore a new creative idea. Both use the same monthly AI limit. Paid AI plans are coming soon.

No. Reading a report or connecting an account does not give Tera Ads permission to change your ads. Changes to ad budgets, creative, or your website need your approval. You decide what to try and how much to spend.

Not yet. Start with the free dashboard, then save your preferred Starter, Growth, or Scale plan during setup. Choosing a plan does not activate paid features, charge you, or start a trial. You will need to choose to pay when checkout opens.

Daily updates are planned, but delivery is not switched on for customers yet. You can save your preferences; sending will also need a working sender, your permission, a verified email address or number, and a report to share. WhatsApp may need an approved message template. Saving a preference does not mean messages are being sent.

Not yet. We are planning a connection that lets you use your Tera Ads data from your own AI assistant. It will be separate from the AI inside the Tera Ads dashboard, and availability will depend on your assistant’s supported plans and features. Your ChatGPT subscription does not pay for Tera Ads’s hosted AI usage. There is no customer AI connector to enable today.

Each report or ad draft request uses your monthly allowance, shared across all businesses on your account. Tokens measure the text the AI reads and writes; requests stop at whichever limit is reached first. A request may count even if it produces no useful result. Usage is returned when we confirm the request failed before reaching the AI service.

Not from sales alone. An order placed, a sale reported by Meta, and money in your bank can be three different things. Tera Ads marks profit unverified when costs, refunds, delivery, or payment information is incomplete. No plan guarantees profit or a particular ROAS (return on ad spend).

After you connect an account, Tera Ads needs permission to read it and time to import its data. Your dashboard shows the latest update and any setup steps left to do. AI reports also need active AI access and enough up-to-date data; we do not promise a fixed first-report time.
