Fix it yourself
- Your assistant says you have used all your calls
- Free calls reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Ask your assistant to run
get_usage: it is free and says how many calls are left and when they reset. Connect Pro gives 3,000 calls a month. - A change is waiting for you
- With Ask me first, a change your assistant asks for waits until you approve it. Open the review link your assistant shared, or AI connections in Tera Ads, and approve or reject it there. Your assistant can't approve it for you.
- Undo a pause, a turn-on or a budget change
- Open Changes in Tera Ads. A pause, turn-on or budget change made through Tera Ads can be undone there for 7 days. Spend that already happened can't be undone.
- Reconnect an assistant
- In AI connections, revoke the old connection, then add Tera Ads again from your assistant. The Connect page has the steps for each assistant.
