GoKwik checkout drop-off, risk scores and RTO
Tera Ads reads what GoKwik writes into every Shopify order: its risk score, its unscored test group, COD switched to prepaid and the payment method. So a Shopify store on GoKwik gets a Checkout page with no GoKwik login. Add a Shopify custom pixel and GoKwik’s abandoned cart webhook, both copied from Tera Ads, and it also counts shoppers at each GoKwik step: phone, OTP, address and payment.
Connect GoKwik
- Connect your Shopify store to Tera Ads. GoKwik marks every order it makes, so the Checkout page fills in straight away.
- In Tera Ads, open Store and customers, then Checkout, and choose Turn on. Only the business owner can.
- Copy the pixel code. In Shopify admin open Settings, then Customer events, choose Add custom pixel, name it Tera Ads GoKwik, paste the code, then choose Save and Connect.
- Copy the webhook address. In GoKwik’s dashboard open Kwik Checkout, then Settings, then Integrations, and add it as the abandoned cart webhook.

How often GoKwik’s high, medium and low risk COD orders came back, counted from orders that shipped. Returns come from Shiprocket.

The COD orders GoKwik leaves unscored, beside the scored ones, so you can see whether its scoring lowers returns.
Payment-page loss
How many shoppers from your Meta ads reached GoKwik’s payment page and left without paying, week by week.
Questions
- Does GoKwik give Tera Ads an API key?
- No. GoKwik has no API that hands checkout data to other apps, so Tera Ads reads what GoKwik writes into your Shopify orders, and its checkout steps from the custom pixel you add.
- Does Tera Ads keep my shoppers’ phone numbers?
- No. It keeps the step each shopper reached, the cart value, the payment method and whether they checked out as a guest. Never a phone number, email, address or IP address.
- What if no checkout steps arrive?
- The Checkout page shows when the last step and the last abandoned checkout arrived. If no steps come in after real checkouts, ask GoKwik support to send its checkout events to Shopify’s customer events for your store. Abandoned checkouts from the webhook arrive either way.
- Can I ask Claude or ChatGPT about my GoKwik checkout?
- Yes. Tera AI, the daily report and any assistant you connect through Tera Ads Connect read the same GoKwik totals: orders through its checkout, returns by risk level, its test group and where shoppers leave. Never a single shopper or order.
